Through the DIALOGO-CONEXION™ Teacher Apprenticeship Program, Summer Program  and the After School Program, the Latin American Resource Center (LARC) offers teachers the opportunity to participate in hands on professional development and human relations training. These programs enhance understanding the root causes of problems educators face around communicating with students and parents from diverse cultural, racial, linguistic, and low socio-economic backgrounds.  These programs also provide the teachers with the opportunity to develop academic and social interaction strategies to better work in the classroom, with parents and within the community.

As the DIALOGO-CONEXION™ program evolves, LARC considers it essential to remain closely connected with the needs of the teachers, students and parents to achieve its short and long-term goals and objectives of cross-cultural understanding and unity.

A través de DIALOGO-CONEXION el Teacher Apprenticeship, Summer and  After School Program, el Latin American Resource Center (LARC) le ofrece a profesores la oportunidad de participar en programas de capacitación profesional a largo plazo sobre relaciones humanas.  Estos programas ayudan a  que los participantes adquieran un mejor entendimiento de las causas y otros aspectos de las barreras culturales y de comunicación que existen entre ellos y los estudiantes y padres de grupos culturales, raciales y linguísticos que viven en comunidades de bajos recursos económicos.

A lo largo de la evolución de su programa  DIALOGO-CONEXION, LARC considera esencial el estar cada dia más conectado con las necesidades de los profesores, estudiantes y padres de familia para lograr sus metas y objetivos de un mejor entendimiento y unidad transcultural.
